Animals

Furry, ferocious, vexing, vivacious, always delightful, for some quite delicious, animals embody a concentration of attributes that are, if not entirely lacking in modern humans, certainly subordinated to the orderly, sterile, virtual reality in which we conduct our daily lives.

Perhaps this is why we have always admired the power and majesty of nature embodied in our bestial companions. And naturally, our fascination and veneration have taken many forms through our artistic expression, as the numerous and varied works below would indicate.
