| Beata Szpura's Morning in Queens |
Beata Szpura is a painter, illustrator, and art educator, who has exhibited paintings in the USA, France, Ukraine and her native Poland.
She is a member of an artists' group known as The Emotionalists, whose work was featured in a recent exhibition that Beata curated at the QCC Art Gallery.
She's also a member of the faculty at QCC-CUNY and Parsons School of Design. And in her role as instructor, she served as principal painting mentor to Lisa Baw, whose works have also graced the walls of the QCC Art Gallery not long ago.
