Marta Sozzi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She studied painting with Rosa Videta, Miguel Dávila, Jorge Iberlucea, Emilio Renart, Rosa Faccaro and others.


She's published, taught and championed the works of many artists, principally those of her homeland and other Latin-American locales.

And Marta has also shown her own work or curated the work of others in her homeland as well as internationally, including at our own QCC Art Gallery, as recently as 2009.
