Laughing at Dictators

Though I'm sure that Bono's recent testimony before Congress does not constitute a workable strategy for minimizing the impact of Terror in our time, his point is well taken: Dictators are misguided fools who inspire allegiance and fear in those who grant them the privilege. Laugh at their vanity and megalomania, but ignore them at your own peril.
