NEA Grant for the QCC Art Gallery

The National Endowment for the Arts has awarded a major grant to the QCC Art Gallery to support its popular traveling exhibition featuring the work of photographer Marc Asnin. Asnin's exhibition is a photo essay of images documenting the life of a housebound victim of mental illness.

The project will include an educational outreach component that will engage the artist with local high school students.

So congratulations to the Gallery and its Director, but especially to Executive Coordinator Lisa Scandaliato, whose efforts were integral in securing these funds.
