Actually, what you are observing is Faustino Quintanilla and artist Marlene Yu in front of a major installation of her work at the QCC Art Gallery. The piece is entitled "Song of the Universe" and appeared a decade ago. It's 12 by 36 foot dimensions required an entire wall of the Gallery for proper display.
