Born in Bucharest, educated in Rome, and now working in New York, Stefan Arteni is a painter, printmaker, calligrapher, and book artist, drawing from broad crosscurrents of culture and history.
His The Way of Form appeared at the QCC Art Gallery in 2006 and though that was some time ago, a book providing a retrospective is available in the QCC Art Gallery Gift Shop.
