But you may have spotted a reasonable facsimile of the great post-impressionist making his way about campus.
His name is Derek Bruzewicz. He's a chemist, cultural liaison, and major contributor to a variety of important committees and activities at QCC-CUNY.
Among the rest, he's promoting the Middle Atlantic Regional Meeting of the American Chemical Society at which our QCC peers will be well-represented. In fact, one presentation by Department Chair Sasan Karimi and our former contest winner Tirandai Hemraj-Benny is entitled Chemistry and the Arts, with experiments from a course of the same name which is currently taught by our own van Gogh look-alike, Derek Bruzewicz.
