Ambassador Tuvako Manongi, Tanzania’s Permanent Representative to the UN, officially opened the Shangaa: Art of Tanzania Exhibition at the QCC Art Gallery this past spring.
In the photo at left, he graciously acknowledges the achievement of our Director Faustino Quintanilla and his staff for bringing off Shangaa in such superlative fashion.
