Other Spaces: KHRCA Architecture
Near the western entrance to the Kupferberg Holocaust Resource Center and Archive - KHRCA there is a veiled walkway connecting visitors to the terrace overlook.
It is modern in design, yet elegant in form and function, as it also shields a wall of remembrance containing plaques to honor patrons and the memory of those they loved who suffered through the horror of the Holocaust.
Entering this covered space almost instantaneously and appropriately causes the visitor to bow one's head, a sign of humility before the Almighty and homage to the magnanimity, sacrifice, courage, tenacity and endurance of the human spirit.
The next time you're in the neighborhood, don't miss the opportunity to explore this space, as well as the interior of the KHRCA. It's something you'll not forget.
