This year, Holocaust Remembrance Week is April 27 to May 4, 2014.The United States Congress established the Days of Remembrance as the nation’s annual commemoration of the Holocaust and created the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum as a permanent living memorial to the victims.
With the help of one of its victims, Rosemarie Koczy, whose work appeared at the QCC Art Gallery in fall of 2013, I invite you to solemn remembrance of those who suffered and to the commitment that this horror shall never be repeated.
