Secret Tenant

See My Mugshot by visiting
the second floor offices of the QCC Art Gallery
A few years ago, the QCC Art Gallery had a surreptitious tenant, who would occasionally wander into the offices of the Gallery for a quick chat with the Director and staff.

As friendly as this may seem, this tenant was unwelcome for two reasons: One, he had no membership at the Gallery, and two, he was a raccoon!

I suspect, that had he ponied up enough loot for a premium membership, the Director would have been inclined to overlook the latter of these two offenses, possibly even going so far as to invite him to Openings and Meet-and-Greets. After all, he invites me. But our frugal little friend continued to presume, and so he remained an unwelcome guest and was reported to B&G.

After several months of reported sightings, B&G sprang into action, and found a non-lethal way to evict the recalcitrant racoon, who is now rumored to have taken a place in the Mayor's Office of Labor Relations in-charge of negotiating all CUNY contracts.
